Ariel Cajal, with Argentine northern origins, was born on September 5th 1975.

His guitar formation began when he was 24 years old, when he formally begins studying with Professor Hector Pallares. Then he continues his studies with Professor Julio Urruty.

In 2003, he participates in the Folklore national festival of Mar del Plata as “Instrumental Soloist”, achieving the final stage.

Since 2003 he had several performances in

radio and TV programs, as well as in theatres and “peñas”.

In 2005 he took part of Pre-Cosquin competition, achieving the representation of Quilmes city as instrumental soloist in Cosquin, Cordoba.

In 2005 he meets master Eduardo Falu as luthier Carlos Salmone’s house.

Nowadays his is fully dedicated to Eduardo Falu’s works, adding some of Falu’s most beautiful songs to his instrumental repertoire.

At present moment, Ariel is preparing recordings for a CD.
